Application location info

This is called from the help menu and inform about:

•the physical location of the PdxEditor.exe application.

•the currently active database directory as detected by the most recent table selection.
This may also be selected from the database menu: Selecting a database.

•the location of the BDE Net-file directory of importance for Paradox multi user or multi application access to the same data.
