Windows 10 and Windows 11 compliant interface for Borland Database Engine (BDE)

From Dr. Erhard Regener you may find the BDE eXpress for 32- and 64-bit Windows as an alternative interface to the BDE, the BDE needing  some tweaking to work satisfactory with some later versions of Windows.
BDE eXpress may help managing this tweaking.
The BDE eXpress website of the developer Dr. Erhard Regener unfortunately has been closed.
Currently (November, 2025) no supplier of trusted reputation has been found.

However, the original BDE/BDE Adminsistrator also may work well with Windows 10 and 11 provided doing some tweaking.
