Single Curly Quotes Conversion

Auto converting curly single quotes

Conversion of single curly quotes (‘quote’) is performed on the fly by replacing any occurences of character #0145 or #0146 by standard single quote (apostrophe) characters ('quote' #39).

Auto conversion does not change the typed/saved statement.
