Paradox max. path length

Max path length for Paradox 3-4-5

One precaution to be taken is not installing the Paradox database at a location with too long path length.
For Paradox 3, 4 and 5 the path length including the table name should be no more than 70 characters. If the path is longer, the table will not open.
With a location e.g. like this
C:\Documents and Settings\[Name of User]\My Documents\Paradox Data\Order Details.DB
with a total path length of 83 characters you will be in trouble if using Paradox tables below level 7.

With Paradox tables level 7, this path length is no more an issue.
