Navigating the query result or output table grid follows pretty much the usual standard interface.
The enabling/disabling of the navigation buttons will correspond the possible editable state of the data concerning especially the nature of a current active SELECT statement. See SQL Execution.
If a record in an editable table is opened by some other user in a multi-user environment (i.e. located on a file server) the individual record will as necessary respond with a record locking message if you try editing that record.
