As a standard Table list DblClick displays the clicked table in table view and Ctrl-DblClick inserts the clicked table name in the SQL statement at the cursor position in the current SQL tab.
If you for convenience prefer to switch the DblClick and Ctrl-DblClick functionality this switch is selected via this menu item.
