Opening a database is via a standard file opening dialog filtered to the Absolute database file type.
By default the AbsoluteSQL will at application launch reopen the database most recently open when the application closed down.
There is no need to close down the current database before application exit, as all data are automatically saved.
Closing down a database is necessary only if you intend creating a new database.
Opening a database file via drag-and-drop may be achieved dropping a valid Absolute database file on the AbsoluteSQL application file in the Windows' File Explorer or on an AbsoluteSQL short cut icon.
Dropping over the open AbsoluteSQL window is not an option.
